1. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum amount of information necessary for the Application to function:

• Account Creation Information:

  We use FirebaseUI for authentication. Depending on the login method you choose, we receive your name, unique user identifier (UID), and email address from Firebase.

• Subscription & Activation Data:

  To manage access to paid features, we store your UID and email address. To enforce the usage limits of your Activation Key (e.g., two browsers per day), we may also collect anonymized browser-identifying information.

• Usage Analytics Data (With Your Consent):

  To improve our application, we may ask for your consent to collect usage analytics. This is **optional**, and analytics are **disabled by default**.

  If you consent, we collect:

  • Interaction Data: Which features you use and how often (e.g., button clicks, shaders applied, functions used).
  • Pseudonymous Identifier: We assign a random ID to your browser (`device_id`) to understand usage patterns over time without knowing your personal identity.

  Importantly, we DO NOT collect, upload, or analyze your images, palettes, or any other creative content you generate in the application.

  If you purchase a subscription, your pseudonymous usage data may be linked to your user identifier to help us understand how premium features are used.

• User Content (Images):

  We do not store or have access to your images. All images you upload are processed and stored exclusively in your browser's local storage.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the functionality of the Application.
• To authenticate users and manage accounts.
• To process subscriptions and enforce Activation Key limits.
• To analyze usage patterns and improve the application (only with your consent).
• To ensure security and prevent fraud.

3. Sharing Information with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with third parties only when it is necessary for the operation of the Application:

• Firebase (Google): For authentication.
• Alibaba Cloud: To host our secure database for subscription verification.
• Payeer: To process subscription payments.

4. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data (UID, email) by contacting us. You can also grant or withdraw your consent for analytics collection at any time within the application.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Application is not intended for use by persons under the age of 13.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the Application and updating the "Last Updated" date.
